Registrations Roll In
Attendees register and pay through our secure checkout. You get a live attendee list and all their contact info.
You Teach, We Pay
After your event, we send you a check for 92.5% of total Registrations. Simple as that.
Example: You host a 2-day workshop with 20 attendees at $250 each. That's $5,000 in ticket sales. You receive a check for $4,625 (92.5%). We keep $375 (7.5%) to cover payment processing, platform hosting, and marketing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of events can I host?
Workshops, contests, training sessions, conferences, webinars, hands-on sessions - anything that provides value to ag educators. Both in-person and virtual events are welcome.
How do I set pricing?
You set your own ticket price. Most workshops range from $150-$350 per person. We recommend pricing based on event length, materials provided, and your expertise level.
When do I get paid?
We send payment within 7 business days after your event concludes. You'll receive a check for 92.5% of total ticket sales along with a detailed attendee list.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. If you need to cancel, notify us at least 2 weeks in advance and we'll handle full refunds to attendees. No penalties for legitimate cancellations.
Can I host multiple events?
Absolutely! Many hosts run the same workshop multiple times per year or offer different topics throughout the year. Once you're in our system, submitting additional events is even easier.
What support do you provide?
We handle everything: event page creation, registration management, payment processing, attendee confirmations, reminder emails, and marketing promotion. You just focus on delivering great content.
