I’m Joe Molina, and with over 12 years of experience teaching agricultural education and a background in educational leadership, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful hands-on learning can be — and how overwhelming it can be for teachers to make it happen.

TradeCraft Educational Services was born out of a simple idea I had as a teacher: “I wish I could spend less time tracking down resources and more time actually teaching.”

In agricultural classrooms, teachers often have the freedom to design projects that inspire students and build real-world skills — but that freedom can also create a heavy workload. Balancing project planning, resource development, standards alignment, and classroom management can quickly pull focus away from what matters most: engaging students in meaningful learning experiences.
