What is the DXF Marketplace?

TradeCraft Educational Services is building a first-of-its-kind digital marketplace where ag mechanics teachers can buy and sell classroom-ready DXF files for student welding and fabrication projects. Our platform allows teachers to upload original projects and earn passive income every time their file is purchased. Each listing will include a ready-to-cut DXF file, a labeled part breakdown, and materials list—making it easy for other teachers to bring the project into their shop.

TradeCraft takes care of the hosting, marketing, and delivery. If you have a great student-built project with a cut-ready file, we’ll help you turn it into a resource that benefits teachers across the country—and puts money back in your pocket. Up to 70% of each sale!

How it Works

At TradeCraft, we believe in rewarding creators based on the level of content they provide. The more complete and classroom-ready your project is, the higher your cut of the profits. Below is our simple, transparent submission system based on tiers of content provided:

50/50 Split – Base Submission Minimum required to list a project:

✅ DXF File (Ready to Cut)

- Clean and ready for CNC use

-All parts laid flat

📸 Photo of Completed Project- Clear photo of the final build or of the file

60/40 Split – Enhanced Submission

Includes everything above, plus:

🏷️Part Label Reference Document

- Each cut part must be labeled (Part A, Part B, etc.)

- Provide a diagram, screenshot, or labeled DXF for reference

📄 Materials List (Bill of Materials)

- List all materials used: steel sizes, hardware, etc. Include quantity and dimensions

70/30 Split – Premium Submission

Includes everything above, plus:

🛠️ Assembly Notes or Build Instructions

- Step-by-step or bullet-style build process

- Tips or teacher notes welcome

📷 Assembly Step Photos

- 5+ in-progress photos showing major steps

- These help other teachers understand the build process and give your project a "Verified Build" boost

We handle:

- Hosting, delivery, and payment processing

- Marketing your project- Optional formatting/cleanup if needed (concierge support)

📦 The better your submission, the easier it is for others to use—and the more you earn.
